Detroit Auto Shops: The Car Is Ready and Nobody Called | DCONSULT

The car is done and the customer was never called. Reuben Cole helps Detroit auto shops close the day. Book a free 10-minute video.

What this looks like

• The repair is done before lunch. The customer call is still on a sticky note at 6.
• The estimate is on the dash of the car, not where the office can see it.
• A comeback sits in the bay because nobody wrote down what was promised.

DCONSULT helps Detroit restaurant, food, and trade-shop owners — HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, auto, and retail — when quotes and estimates go cold, follow-up dies between jobs, and the owner is stuck in the day-to-day.
