Detroit Painting Shops: The Walkthrough Never Became an Estimate | DCONSULT
The walkthrough happened and the written estimate did not. Reuben Cole helps Detroit painting shops. Free 10-minute video.
What this looks like
You walked the rooms and the colors. The written number is still for tonight.
The crew shows up and the scope is whatever someone remembers from the walkthrough.
A change in rooms never made it onto the page the customer signed.
DCONSULT helps Detroit restaurant, food, and trade-shop owners — HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, auto, and retail — when quotes and estimates go cold, follow-up dies between jobs, and the owner is stuck in the day-to-day.
Reuben Cole spent 15 years on union crews and ran $20M+ Manhattan jobs as a foreman. IBM project-management trained. I'm Reuben, not AI.
